With years of experience in supplying labour hire to building contractors in NSW, Tony and Greg are experts in construction recruitment

Tony started his career in construction in the UK back in 2001, completing a Carpentry apprenticeship and further qualifications in Site Management. Working across the country within residential construction for one of the UK's leading home builders. In 2012, Tony moved to Sydney, with its thriving construction industry - it was the perfect move. He quickly moved into an operations role for a leading labour hire and recruitment business. 

Tony's background and experience, particularly onsite, put him a cut above in recognising the types of workers that building contractors are looking for. He enjoys the daily challenges that the construction industry throws at you. 

 With over 20 years' experience in the construction industry Tony has built a wealth of knowledge which champions the success of Dynamic Labour Solutions. 

Greg completed his Bricklaying apprenticeship in the UK in 2002. His experience in the construction industry began with a small family run business focusing on residential renovations. Here he gained his understand of pricing and costing of small projects, along with the understanding of multiple trades. 

From 2006 to 2012, he worked in the commercial building sector, solely focused on becoming a leading hand with a well respected builder. 

At the start of 2014, he took a gap year and moved to Sydney - realising his want to stay long-term and was offered an operations manager role.  In 2021, he was the General Manager of a Sydney based labour hire company, leading a team of internal staff and over 100 external employees.
